1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
We offer express shipping for all orders within Turkey.

3. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers (DHL Express / UPS / FedEx).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Mlle Ceinté Paris has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box appears damaged, please refuse delivery and request a damage report from the courier. Contact us immediately at info@mlleceinte.com so we can assist you.
