FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.
Please Note: Due to the delicate nature of silk, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, stained, or have absorbed perfumes/scents, for hygiene and quality reasons.

Does my order come with gift packaging?

The Mlle Ceinté experience begins the moment you receive your package. All orders are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in our signature luxury box, making them perfect for gifting. If you wish to include a gift note, please specify this at checkout.

Can I wash my silk scarf in the washing machine?

No, we strongly advise against it. Silk is a delicate and precious natural fiber. To preserve the vibrancy, sheen, and shape of your scarf for years to come, we recommend Dry Clean Only.

How should I iron my scarf if it gets wrinkled?

You can iron it with care. Use the lowest heat setting (or the silk setting) on your iron. Always iron on the reverse side of the scarf, and we recommend placing a clean, thin cotton cloth between the iron and the silk. Avoid applying steam directly to the fabric.

What is the composition of your scarves? Is it real silk?

Absolutely. Every Mlle Ceinté scarf is crafted from 100% Pure Silk. We specifically use the "Silk Twill" weave, renowned for its substantial weight, soft matte luster, and durability. Once you touch it, you will immediately feel the superior quality and natural softness of the fabric.

What does "Hand-Rolled Hem" mean?

This is the hallmark of true luxury scarf making. The edges of our scarves are not stitched by machines; instead, they are meticulously rolled and stitched by hand (roulotté) by skilled artisans. This labor-intensive process creates a plump, tubular edge that looks exquisite and drapes perfectly.

Do the colors look the same in reality as they do in the photos?

We photograph our products in professional studio lighting to ensure the colors are as accurate as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on the color calibration of your device's screen.

What is the advantage of the Twill weave?

Unlike slippery satin silk, the Twill weave has a subtle texture and structure. This allows the scarf to hold its knot securely throughout the day without slipping and makes it much easier to style, whether worn around the neck or as a headpiece.
